We noticed that most of the manufacturers used small amounts of expensive and beneficial ingredients while then bumping up the lower cost filler or non organic ingredients with little health benefits. It was frustrating and discouraging.

The start

Our story began 6 years ago when my husband and daughter were diagnosed with autoimmune disease, grappling with chronic fatigue and nutritional deficiency.

After visiting countless doctors and functional practitioners it became clear that the underlying source of their health decline was connected to their diet and allergies to certain foods. In order to heal their gut and immune system we had to change their diet and build up their own defense system.

Thats when I propelled into overdrive trying to find nutrient dense food sources, rich in antioxidants and polyphenols to support their healing process.

After researching plants used in Ayurveda, Chinese medicine, and by our ancestors, we found the most beneficial sources for nutrient rich plants to support the body and mind.

Seeing the transformation and healing effects of our Essential Greens blend within our own family, the idea of GOOT was born. A business dedicated to sharing the power of these potent blends with the world, so that others too can embark on their own journey towards renewed health and vitality.
